Problem Description: When trying to print to a Xerox printer, the machine refuses to print and completes the job with a 016-757 error (see note below).
- Check to make sure that you have selected the proper accounting type on the user's machine i.e. Network vs. Standard Accounting
- Check to make sure that the correct User ID and Account ID have been inputted
- If the problem still persists, remove the print queue from the machine and add it back again
- If the problem still persists, contact Xerox
NOTE: Depending on how the Xerox printer is configured, you may or may not recieve a print out of the error report. If the machine does not print out an error report, press the job status button on the machine and look under the "completed jobs" queue
