UCalgary celebrates Innovation Week 2025

The University of Calgary is proud to sponsor 2025 Calgary Innovation Week, a celebration of the entrepreneurial spirit of the city and its communities.

Hosted by Platform Calgary, industry leaders, investors and innovators will come together from Nov. 3 to 6 to highlight the creativity and collaboration that's defining the future of the technology sector.

Through programs that empower students, graduate students, alumni and faculty to tackle complex challenges, the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking will embody UCalgary’s commitment to innovation at the three-day event this year.

On Nov. 4, Hunter Hub Executive Director Guy Levesque will represent the university in the panel discussion, “Unlocking Innovation: A Joint Vision from Calgary’s Post-Secondary Institutions for the City’s Entrepreneurial Future." There, he will join fellow academic leaders from Mount Royal University, SAIT and Bow Valley College in a conversation about fostering talent, aligning resources and accelerating startup success.
