Mysterious Barricades is an annual cross-Canada concert for suicide awareness, prevention and hope. In unison with World Suicide Prevention Day, this free event draws awareness to the mysterious barricades between mental illness and health while inspiring open discourse about suicide and prevention measures.

Join us for a special pre-concert activity to make meaningful connections and engage with campus and community resources. Spread awareness through visibility by creating a personalized lantern to represent the light of hope.

Presented by the School of Creative and Performing Arts in partnership with the Campus Mental Health Strategy. Supported by the SU Wellness Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association, Centre for Suicide Prevention, Distress Centre and Wood’s Homes.
