David Wright participates in important public conversations about U.S. and Canadian policy

Dr. David Wright, a specialist in East Asian and arctic history, was recently invited to participate in two important public conversations about U.S. and Canadian policy.  On October 11, he was a panel member for “Dragon in the North: Assessing the Growing Chinese Threat to the Arctic Region,” held at the Hudson Institute in Washington DC (full video can be viewed here). On October 11, he was an invited witness and panel member for a session of the Special Committee on the Canada-People’s Republic of China Relationship of the Parliament of Canada (video of the meeting can be viewed here).
