What does reconciliation mean to you?

Revisit video submissions from the campus community, and add your own comments

The “What does reconciliation mean to me?” project is a part of ii' taa'poh'to'p, the University of Calgary’s Indigenous Strategy. The project was created as an awareness-raising educational tool and to spark ongoing conversation on the topic of reconciliation.

Over the past year, we have invited members of UCalgary and the wider community to share their reconciliation stories and commitments through short videos. We were moved by the diversity and candour shown in the video submissions.

Starting Sept. 30, we are honoured to share them with you as a way of acknowledging, engaging in and supporting reconciliation. Learn more about the project and access, view and comment on the video submissions.

The first 100 commenters will be gifted an orange shirt created by an Indigenous-owned and family-run business, Moonstone Creation.
