Biography

Ceilidh is a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Deinera Exner-Cortens in the HOPE Lab. Her research focuses on sexual violence prevention in the post-secondary setting. Applying a social-ecological framework Ceilidh is currently exploring how we can engage undergraduate men in the prevention of sexual violence. She is also collaborating on a project to prevent suicide among Autistic non-binary youth using a novel virtual human technology. She is also an advocate for increased equity, diversity, and inclusion in academic research.
