Applications Open - CMSS Research Fellowships

The Centre for Military, Security and Strategic Studies invites applications for this year’s CMSS Research Fellowship competition. 

The competition will award the recipient faculty member of the University of Calgary a six-month fellowship with the Centre during the academic year of 2024-2025, providing up to 5,000 CAD in research funding during either the Fall or Winter semester. These funds are meant to help supplement work on a research project that relates to one or more of CMSS’s research themes: 21st Century Security, National Security and Defence, Conventional and Unconventional Warfare and Conflict, Human Rights, Peace and Development, 

Inter-disciplinary work is highly commended. Terms of Reference available on request. Please submit an updated CV, a 1-2 page project proposal, and a provisional budget to cmss@ucalgary.ca.
