Homestead of Alberta's Black cowboy John Ware excavated
Archaeologists from UCalgary are unearthing clues into how Alberta's first Black cowboy lived his legendary life. They are excavating a corner of a pasture in the Millarville area, thought to be the homestead of Alberta's famous cowboy from the early 1800's.
