Literary studies in the Department of English

The English Department consists of approximately 30 full time faculty members teaching and researching in both traditional and emerging fields, housed in one of the largest and most dynamic Faculty of Arts in the country.

Studying English will offer you a strong centre from which to explore the world within and beyond the university. The English Department demands intellectual curiosity and develops your speech, writing, and critical thinking.
