Our alumni
Over 3,500 people have graduated with degrees from the Department of English. Our alumni have found careers in teaching, writing, editing, journalism, law, urban planning, medicine, and academia. They have gone on to study around the world, from Cambridge University to the University of Wollongong. And they have built careers with organizations like the Calgary Board of Education, Bow Valley College, the Calgary Foundation and at universities and colleges across North America.
