Dr. Zach Bates Appointed Assistant Professor

Dr. Zach Bates (PhD 2023) has been appointed assistant professor (tenure track) at Georgia State University (Perimeter College). Under the supervision of Dr. Ken MacMillan, Zach’s doctoral dissertation examines the role of Scottish administrators in the British Atlantic empire in the late seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
