Timothy Stapleton at Nigerian Defence Academy

In late June, Professor Timothy Stapleton and Professor Roy Doron (Winston Salem State University, North Carolina) ran a publication workshop at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna, Nigeria. The aim of the workshop was to enable faculty and graduate students of NDA to become more successful in publishing the results of their research in international journals and book presses. The workshop was particularly focused on the field of military history. Dr. BJ Audu and Dr. Maryam Hamza of the NDA Department of History and War Studies organized the workshop, and the chief host was Major General John Ochai, Commandant of NDA.
