Recommendations for planning your BA in Philosophy
Choose your courses carefully in years one and two in order to ensure that you have the prerequisites for the 400/500 level courses. Optimally, Philosophy majors should:
- take either 201 or 249 in your first year
- take both 395 and 397 in your second year
- take 279 in your first or second year
- take one of 301, 303, 305, 307, 309 or 311 in your second year.
