Biography

I am an Master of Science student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. My supervisor is Dr. Tom O'Neill and I am a member of the Individual and Team Performance (ITP) Lab. I completed by BSc (Hons.) in Psychology at the University of Alberta in 2020. My research interests include understanding leadership experiences/competencies and team functioning for hybrid and remote teams.
