2024 Students' Union Annual Survey

Happy new year! I trust your week is off to a great start!

 

My name is Jonathan Ezeumeh. I am the Policy Analyst at the Students’ Union, University of Calgary (SU). Every January, the SU releases its annual survey to assist the SU identify key areas of impact and contribution to student satisfaction and engagement at the University of Calgary. The Annual Survey helps to inform the SU’s strategic planning, advocacy to university administration and all levels of government, and service provision. Major topics on the survey includes:

 

  • Housing and transportation;
  • Employment opportunities;
  • Mental Health;
  • Tuition and Fees;
  • SU events, programs and services
  • University services; and
  • Demographic questions.

 

We intend to further collaborate with your office to strategically promote our 2024 Annual Survey to undergraduate students on campus and we require your help to achieve this objective. Attached to this email is the advertisements for Annual Survey and the link to the survey (Students' Union Annual Survey 2023 (ucalgary.ca)). We would like you to ask for your help in sharing it with undergraduate students– either on social media, sent through email or newsletter, or by posting on physical or electronic notice boards. If printed materials work better, please let us know and we would be happy to run some down to your office.  For your reference, the key messages are as follows:

When: January 8, 2024 – February 16, 2024

Who: Undergraduate students currently enrolled at the U of C
