- Box office: Typically, our Box Office open one hour prior to each event. You may pick up your Will Call tickets during this time. Closes approximately 30 minutes after the events start.
Are your venues wheelchair accessible?
Yes. All venues are wheelchair accessible and patron drop off locations are located outside each venue. For advance notice and inquiries, please contact our Booking Administrator via email at tickets@theatreservices.ca or via phone at 403.210.7576.

Parking
Parking is available across campus. The recommended lot for our venues is the Arts Parkade, which provides indoor access to all of our venues. Lot locations and rates
Theatre etiquette
- Our events start promptly. Please ensure that you arrive before the event start time as we cannot guarantee that latecomers will be seating after the event begins.
- Food and beverages are permitted in our venues provided they have been purchased at our Concession.
- Cell phones and other electronic devices can distract the performers and intrude on other patrons' enjoyment of the performance. Please ensure these devices won't ring, beep or vibrate during the performance.
- Please do not talk or whisper during the performance. Our performance venues are designed to transmit sound, so even quiet noises can be intrusive to those around you.
- Recording devices and cameras are not permitted unless otherwise noted.
- If you have a complaint about another guest, please speak with a member of our Front of House staff rather than approaching the person yourself.
- If you have any other concerns or questions, please speak to our friendly Front of House staff, who will be glad to assist you. Our Front of House Manager welcomes your comments and will pass them along to the appropriate staff member. You can contact our Front of House Manager via email here.
Do you have a lost and found?
No, all items found in our venues are brought to the Students' Union Lost & Found in the MacEwan Student Centre. If you have misplaced an item, please contact SU Lost & Found at 403.220.2997 or visit their website.
