Dr. Clara Joseph

Dr. Clara A.B. Joseph specializes in postcolonial studies and has two trajectories of research: creative and critical. On the creative side, she has published two volumes of poetry – The Face of the Other (A Long Poem) (Brisbane: IP, 2016) and Dandelions for Bhabha (Brisbane: IP, 2018). On the critical side, her work focuses on postcolonial theory and literary and historical narratives of South Asia. Her recent monograph is Christianity in India: The Anti-colonial Turn (Routledge, 2019).
