Dr. Joshua Bourdage

Dr. Joshua Bourdage is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, meaning that he studies psychology as applied to the workplace. His primary specialty is in terms of personnel selection and hiring. Most notably, his work is turning towards studying virtual job interviews. He is embarking on a number of studies over the coming years to understand how unique features of virtual job interviews and automated evaluation can impact bias against applicants with certain characteristics, and changes that can be made to reduce these biases.
