Professors published in arctic law journal
Professor Nigel Bankes served as the co-editor of Arctic Review on Law and Politics (Vol 11, 2020), a special 10th anniversary edition of the journal.
Nigel also published the article "The Duty to Consult in Canada Post-Haida Nation," which maps the development of the duty to consult in Canadian law since the seminal decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in Haida Nation v British Columbia in 2004.
Professor David Wright published the article "Dispute Resolution in Modern Treaties: Evolutions, Observations and Next Steps," which sets a foundation for further research by examining the significant variation across different treaties’ dispute resolution mechanisms and commenting on key differences, similarities and other notable features.
